We’re bringing new leadership and structure to a Mentor location and are looking for a General Manager in Training to grow into leading the restaurant.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn how to run day-to-day operations, build and lead a team, and drive overall store performance.
What You’ll Learn & Do:
- Lead shifts and support daily operations
- Hire, train, and develop team members
- Manage staffing, service, and store flow
- Learn how to drive sales and control costs
- Maintain high standards in service, cleanliness, and food safety
We’re looking for someone dependable, motivated, and ready to step into a leadership role.
