We are seeking a compassionate and reliable full-time 3rd Shift Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our healthcare team in our 80-bed, five-star facility. This vital role involves providing high-quality, personalized care to our Sisters, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This is more than a job; it’s an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our Sisters.

This full-time role is 3rd shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM) and includes a shift differential. This includes rotating weekends and holidays. Applicants must be willing and able to commit to this schedule in order to be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on nursing care and assist in implementing individualized care plans for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
• Monitor Sisters conditions and promptly report changes to the supervising RN and physician.
• Supervise and support STNAs, ensuring quality care and teamwork.
• Communicate effectively team members.
• Uphold our mission and values through compassionate, faith-based service.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Ohio.
• Previous experience in long term care or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to serving Sisters with kindness, respect, and integrity.
