Mancan Staffing is assisting a busy Mogadore company who is seeking a Screw Polisher to join the company!
Pay Rate: $18 or more, BOESomeone entry level could work their way up to $30/hr within 5 years
Hours: 7:30a/8:00a 4:30p/5:00pm, working 40-45 hours a week RESPONSIBILITES
OD grind, straighten, root grind, and final polish (color buff) screw.
Evaluate feed screws for rework. Describe work scope and submit to estimating.
Inspect finished workpieces for defects, inconsistencies, and ensure they meet quality standards.
Ensure work is completed to a high standard of quality and accuracy. REQUIREMENTS
Ability to read blueprints
High attention to detail
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in polishing and grinding
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and life and move materials
Basic math skills
Punctual consistent attendance
High school diploma or eq. completion of vocational training preferred Don't miss out!
