We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to join a leading global technology company specializing in advanced solutions for industries such as construction, agriculture, and transportation. As an Accounting Analyst, you will be responsible for recording financial transactions, preparing reconciliations, and supporting key closing processes. You will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial documentation, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and contributing to process improvements. This position also involves supporting audits and assisting with ad-hoc projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record financial transactions through journal entries, including amortization, allocation, and accrual.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations in accordance with company policy.
- Compile and maintain financial reports to ensure accurate tracking and expense distribution.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
- Perform fluctuation and variance analysis.
- Maintain accurate supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Contribute to process improvements and streamline accounting activities.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong initiative, professionalism, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Experience in a corporate accounting environment.
- Familiarity with financial reporting systems and audit processes.
