Administrative Assistant
Now hiring a part-time Administrative Assistant for a company in Medina for 1 st shift, 8:30am – 5pm.
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Weekly pay at $21 per hour.
Job Duties:
- Enter unit parts and orders accurately into internal systems.
- Monitor order status and update relevant records and teams.
- Field incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Support purchasing tasks and receive incoming shipments.
- Arrange freight and transportation for shipments.
- Communicate with carriers and internal teams to ensure timely logistics execution.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous Administrative experience is required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
