Engineering Internship (Summer 2026)

Job Description

Position Summary: -

• We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join the IT Solutions team as a Program Management Intern. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of project coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic execution within our organization. The ideal candidate is passionate about organization and process improvement, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: -

• Support the planning and tracking of project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure successful execution across teams.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, meeting notes, status updates, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather updates, identify blockers, and facilitate smooth communication across project stakeholders.
• Monitor program performance metrics and help analyze trends to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Stay current with project management methodologies and tools, continuously seeking opportunities to expand your skills and contribute to team efficiency.

Qualifications: -

• Must be pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated work ethic and detail-orientation
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment and produce high-quality work
• Collaboration and teamwork
