Machine Operator – CEW (Copper Electric Wire Department)
You will be responsible for producing copper wire used in EV motors , working with machinery, and supporting a fast‑growing industry.
Ideal candidates:
- Mechanically minded.
- Able to learn from visual demonstration.
- Comfortable performing basic machine maintenance.
- Strong independent thinkers.
- Excellent problem‑solvers.
- Comfortable with heights.
Additional Requirement:
- All operators will drive a forklift
- Company provides training
- 1st Shift: $17.50/hr
- 2nd & 3rd Shift: $19.25/hr
- (Includes 10% shift differential)
Shift Times:
- 1st Shift: 7:00am–7:00pm
- 2nd Shift: 7:00pm–7:00am
Week 1:
- Monday
- Tuesday
- Friday
- Saturday
(48 hours)
Week 2:
- Sunday
- Wednesday
- Thursday
(36 hours)
Rotating 2‑week cycle = full‑time hours with more days off.
