About Us

We manage short-term vacation rental properties and are looking for dependable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing team.

This is not traditional house cleaning. Our cleaners help prepare properties for arriving guests by completing professional Airbnb turnover cleanings that create a five-star guest experience.

If you are reliable, communicate well, take pride in your work, and want consistent cleaning opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Complete turnover cleanings between guest stays
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
• Change bed linens and prepare beds for arriving guests
• Wash, dry, and fold towels and linens when needed
• Restock guest supplies and amenities
• Inspect the property for damage, missing items, or maintenance concerns
• Take completion photos after each cleaning
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure consistency

What We're Looking For

• Previous residential, commercial, hotel, or Airbnb cleaning experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone with text messaging and photo capabilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work independently
• Professional communication skills
• Availability during weekdays, weekends, and peak travel seasons is a plus
