Zimmer Biomet's Sales Distribution team is seeking a highly motivated Associate Sales Representative to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. As an Associate Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in promoting our innovative medical device products to healthcare professionals and supporting our overall sales objectives. We are looking for candidates with a competitive spirit, strong work ethic, and a passion for making a difference in people's lives. Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory. Previous athletes excel in this position and are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior sales representatives to develop and implement sales strategies for Zimmer Biomet's medical device products.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including surgeons, physicians, and hospital staff, to drive sales growth.

• Provide educational support to healthcare professionals on the features and benefits of Zimmer Biomet products.

• Attend surgeries and assist surgeons in the operating room, ensuring proper usage and application of our products.

• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote Zimmer Biomet's products and expand our customer base.

• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the Sales Distribution team.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Zimmer Biomet's product portfolio and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required; a competitive background is a plus.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.

• Willingness to work long hours and travel as needed, including spending time in the operating room and driving to client locations.

• Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary starting at $60,000 per year, with opportunities for commission and bonuses based on performance.
