Zimmer Biomet's Sales Distribution team is seeking a highly motivated Associate Sales Representative to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. As an Associate Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in promoting our innovative medical device products to healthcare professionals and supporting our overall sales objectives. We are looking for candidates with a competitive spirit, strong work ethic, and a passion for making a difference in people's lives. Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory. Previous athletes excel in this position and are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior sales representatives to develop and implement sales strategies for Zimmer Biomet's medical device products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including surgeons, physicians, and hospital staff, to drive sales growth.
Provide educational support to healthcare professionals on the features and benefits of Zimmer Biomet products.
Attend surgeries and assist surgeons in the operating room, ensuring proper usage and application of our products.
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote Zimmer Biomet's products and expand our customer base.
Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the Sales Distribution team.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Zimmer Biomet's product portfolio and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Previous sales experience is preferred but not required; a competitive background is a plus.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
Willingness to work long hours and travel as needed, including spending time in the operating room and driving to client locations.
Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary starting at $60,000 per year, with opportunities for commission and bonuses based on performance.
