The Role

Own the safe, on-time, and cost-effective execution of domestic and international freight while running day-to-day warehouse operations that keep production moving. You'll manage carriers, inventory accuracy, and material flow — making sure the right product reaches the right place at the right cost. Reports to the Director of Supply Chain.

What You’ll Own

• Plan and execute outbound FTL/LTL shipments and inbound raw material deliveries, including international freight and customs clearance.
• Run daily warehouse operations — receiving, storage, staging, and shipping — with accurate barcode scanning and real-time inventory visibility in SAP/WMS.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, and tight alignment between physical and system stock.
• Negotiate freight rates, manage carrier performance against KPIs (on-time delivery, claims, service quality), and audit freight invoices for accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement in freight efficiency, warehouse flow, and cost control while coordinating with production, customer service, and 3PL partners.

You’re the Right Fit If You…

• Have a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Bring 3–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, or supply chain — manufacturing environment preferred.
• Know your way around SAP, ERP systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and barcode scanning workflows.
• Solve problems analytically — finding root causes, weighing alternatives, and implementing what works.
• Communicate clearly, in writing and in person, across the warehouse floor, the office, and external partners.
• Stay organized and composed while juggling competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
