Job Description

Join our team as a Punch Press Operator at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, where we produce specialized medical equipment and devices for emergency response and patient transport . In this hands-on role, you’ll operate punch press machinery to shape and form precision metal components used in life-saving products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values quality, precision, and teamwork in a modern manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate punch press machines according to production specifications
• Load materials into machines and monitor operations to ensure quality and accuracy
• Inspect finished parts using measurement tools such as calipers and gauges
• Perform minor maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of equipment as needed
• Follow production schedules and complete work orders on time
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace following 5S and safety standards
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve processes and efficiency

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience accepted
• Previous experience operating punch press or similar metal fabrication machinery required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
• Basic math and measurement skills, including familiarity with precision tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet production goals

The base pay range for this position is $19.00, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
