Provide expert pharmaceutical services on a per diem basis with coverage needed on May 26th for a first shift position in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role involves dispensing medications, counseling patients, and ensuring a safe, efficient pharmacy environment under the supervision of the pharmacy manager. The shift is scheduled from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM on Friday, utilizing Pioneer software for daily pharmacy operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Dispensing medications accurately and efficiently to patients.
- Providing counseling and advice on medication regimens.
- Addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintaining proper stock levels, controlled substance records, and inventory management.
- Resolving patient issues and clarifying insurance or third-party coverage matters.
Qualifications:
- Clear, active pharmacist license in Ohio is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in a retail pharmacy environment.
- Proficiency using pharmacy software, preferably Pioneer.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
