What we are looking for in a team member…
- 3-year experience as lawn care technician or crew leader in lawn maintenance
- Valid driver's license and able to be insured under company insurance required
- Pesticide license and Tree Identification a plus but not required
- Self-Starter: motivated to show up and do the work unsupervised throughout the day
- Teamwork: those that can support their fellow team members with respect and professionalism
- Dependable: will show up each day on time and ready to help their team
- Trustworthy: can be honest and do their job the right way each day
- Quality focused: those that always want to go above and beyond
