Entry-Level Lab Technician (3rd Shift)

We are immediately hiring for an entry-level Lab Technician here in the Delaware/North Columbus, Ohio area! This is a long-term career opportunity for someone looking to get there foot in the door in the industry. This role will specifically be working with paint products in the lab. Responsibilities + The candidate will work in a fast-paced professional paint lab environment and will interact with other technicians and the customer service coordinator. + They will blend paint and paint related materials following formulas that meet customer requirements. + This requires accurate weighing and organized recordkeeping. + The candidate will be required to spray paint over various substrates which involve operating a spray gun. + They will also be required to manually mix paint. + Additionally, the candidate will be expected to follow all safety procedures while at the facility and wear proper personal protective equipment at all times. + Lastly, the candidate must be capable of self-management Main Job Duties include: + Mixing paint + Batching paint + Formulating paint + Analyzing paint samples Hours: 3rd shift (10pm - 6:30am, Monday - Friday) + Must be able to train on 1st or 2nd shift for the first couple of weeks Qualifications: + Associate of Science or Bachelor of Science, preferred but not required. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Delaware, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
