As a Enterprise Infrastructure Manager Sr within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL or Dallas, TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion.

This role will be responsible for leading a team of Service Designers who manage and maintain logical application designs and their footprint within the enterprise infrastructure. This role requires strategic oversight, enterprise-level coordination, and ensuring adherence to PNC, regulatory, and enterprise architecture (EA) standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience, a deep understanding of service design principles, and an ability to operate with a high-level, cross-functional view that aligns with enterprise goals.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of logical infrastructure design, network integration, firewall rules, and enterprise service architecture.

  • Experience working in regulated environments and adhering to compliance frameworks.

  • Ability to lead with an enterprise mindset, balancing individual team needs with broader organizational goals.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Description

  • Delivers products/services in alignment with business needs and objectives. Responsible for multiple teams or departments within the Enterprise Infrastructure function.

  • Leads infrastructure planning, development strategies/initiatives and product lifecycle/service orientation; determines current and future enterprise infrastructure needs. Oversees portfolio/program/project management responsibilities. Directs financial management and risk management capabilities.

  • Leads stable and secure environment, incident management, product health/patching, and the asset management lifecycle. Communicates with vendors, suppliers and executive management to ensure availability of infrastructure technologies and support.

  • Designs best practices for technology architecture and management.

  • Directs, motivates, develops and oversees the performance of the management team and key staff.

Work Experience

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry-relevant experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required. Proven leadership experience with a moderate to large scope of responsibility is required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $100,000.00 - $224,825.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
