1. Resident Experience – Maintain 90%+ resident satisfaction through responsive communication and issue resolution.

2. Owner Confidence – Build trusted relationships with property owners, ensuring transparency in financial reporting and strong property performance.

3. Operational Excellence – Ensure 100% compliance with landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing regulations.

4. Financial Stewardship – Deliver timely, accurate financial and occupancy reports to management.

5. Maintenance Responsiveness – Ensure 95% of work orders are completed within expected timeframes through AppFolio and CMMS.6. Leasing Performance – Maintain high occupancy by marketing, showing, and processing applications efficiently.

Responsibilities (The What)

Manage day-to-day operations of assigned residential properties.Market and lease vacant units, conduct showings, and process applications.

Maintain accurate tenant, lease, and maintenance records in AppFolio.

Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services.

Conduct property inspections to ensure condition and compliance.

Respond promptly and professionally to resident and owners concerns and disputes.

Prepare and deliver monthly performance, occupancy, and financial reports.Ensure full compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
