The superintendent is responsible for planning the execution phase of the project. This role involves working closely with the operational team to create an overall project plan and ensure successful execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop a project plan for their phase of work.

• Prepare the team to execute using defined planning processes.

• Ensure project execution goals are met for their portion of work.

• Understand project information to identify obstacles and opportunities for their phase of work.

• Concrete construction

• Commercial construction

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with a self-performing general contractor or concrete contractor.

• Self-perform concrete experience.

• Experience in commercial and/or industrial projects.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Plain City, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00/yr.

Full medical, dental, and vision insurance. Willing to pay relocation, get truck allowance, phone allowance. Pay for all travel and lodging.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Plain City,OH.
