We are looking for someone who is great with people, outgoing, and able to share empathy. This is not a high-pressure sales role. This position is centered around helping families during emotional and meaningful moments in life. Choosing a memorial for a loved one can feel overwhelming, and many families do not know where to begin. As a Memorial Sales Consultant, you will guide families through the process with care, professionalism, and compassion while helping them create a lasting memorial that honors their loved one.The ideal candidate will have strong people skills, emotional awareness, and the ability to make others feel comfortable and supported. This is a great opportunity for someone from retail, hospitality, customer service, banking, caregiving, or another people-focused environment. Training is provided for the right person.

What You Will Do:
Meet with families:
Sit down with families in person
Listen carefully to their needs and wishes
Help guide them through memorial and monument options
Answer questions with patience and professionalism
Help make the process feel less overwhelming
Build relationships:
Create meaningful connections with families and clients
Communicate clearly and follow through on commitments
Provide support from the first meeting through final order completion
Help families make decisions:
Educate families on memorial options ranging from simple markers to custom monuments
Balance family wishes, budgets, and memorial significance
Provide guidance with empathy and care
Use office systems and technology:
Work within Office 365, HubSpot, and internal systems
Manage customer information and memorial orders
Coordinate communication with the office and production team

Comfortable using computers and learning software systems

Salary:
Pay includes a salary plus extra money from sales
Training Provided:
Previous memorial industry experience is not required
Strong sales experience is not required
