Line Cook

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to menu specifications, while maintaining consistency in presentation and flavor.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, completing orders on time and to guest specifications.
• Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, marinating, and portioning as needed.
• Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure a sufficient supply of ingredients.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and communication.
• Participate in daily kitchen clean-up and maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role is preferred.
• Familiarity with various cooking techniques and equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions while maintaining a high level of quality.
• Understanding of food safety practices and hygiene standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
