What You’ll Do

• Recruit, train, and manage a top-tier canvassing team
• Be out in the field daily, knocking doors, coaching reps, and setting the pace
• Drive your team to generate qualified leads for free in-home design consultations
• Motivate, mentor, and inspire your team to smash daily and weekly goals
• Track KPIs and performance while growing your territory and team size

• Strong recruiter and trainer who knows how to build winning teams

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Compensation

• Base Pay + Team Overrides + Performance Bonuses
• Average earnings: $80K – $120K+
