Are you an experienced excavation professional with a passion for quality and a knack for leadership? We are seeking a dedicated Excavation Lining Lead to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to lead from the front, ensuring every residential sewer installation is completed efficiently and accurately while mentoring the next generation of skilled professionals. If you're a master of your equipment and committed to providing a 5-star customer experience, we want you on our team.
What You'll Do:
Lead the Way: Guide your team to meet and exceed key performance requirements, setting the standard for quality and professionalism.
Master Your Craft: Expertly operate a backhoe, excavator, and dump truck to complete all residential sewer installations.
Mentor & Train: Work side-by-side with apprentices, training them to perform quick and accurate repairs and installations.
Be a Trusted Advisor: Educate customers on products and services, building rapport and delivering a knowledgeable experience that wins new referrals and repeat business.
Ensure Excellence: Be the final word on job quality, signing off on all work to ensure it meets our high standards.
Champion Safety: Maintain a clear understanding of equipment operations and safety guidelines, keeping both your team and your job sites safe.
Who We're Looking For:
A seasoned leader with a mastery of heavy equipment, including backhoes, dump trucks, and excavators.
A skilled operator who can confidently maneuver a dump truck and trailer up to 22ft.
A strong communicator who can build rapport with customers and learn new software quickly.
A dedicated professional who is a self-starter and enjoys winning as part of a team.
A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
