As our Personal Care Assistant , your role will be all about companionship and support. You’ll be the superhero sidekick who helps our awesome clients with:

• Bowling strikes and gutter balls (it’s all in good fun!)
• Shopping sprees for that perfect outfit or snack (fashion and food enthusiasts’ welcome!)
• Quick visits for coffee chats or a stroll in the park (because who doesn’t love a good chat?)

Who You Are

• A friendly and outgoing person who loves to socialize and bring smiles, while supporting Individual Support Plans.
• Someone who thrives on creating memorable experiences, even in the most mundane tasks, by supporting individuals in their daily life activities.
• A reliable companion who can assist with transportation and keep things light-hearted!
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass and maintain Med Pass Certification.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license with no more than four points, eligibility under our insurance carrier.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
