Mancan is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Chemical Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to handling, packaging, and distributing chemicals. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Position: Chemical Operator/Packer
Job Type: Full-time, Daylight shift (Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, mandatory 50-hour work week)
Starting Salary: $18.00 per hour (Overtime after 40 hours)

Duties and Responsibilities:
Inspection and Packaging: Inspect and pack chemicals into various packaging containers using scales, weighing materials, and updating inventory as materials are used.
Paperwork and Procedures: Complete required paperwork and follow standard operating and safety procedures.
Machine Operation: Operate grinding, sifting, and screening machines.
Housekeeping and Safety: Follow proper housekeeping procedures, adhere to safety rules, and perform all pre-shift and post-shift inspections.
Team Collaboration: Be willing to learn additional departments and skills and work as a team player.
Performance Evaluation: Receive a performance evaluation after a 90-day probationary period based on attendance, knowledge, and proficiency.

Qualifications:
Valid State Drivers License
High School Diploma or GED
Must be 18 years or older
Dependable and reliable
Physically able to lift 50 lbs.
Drug-free workplace: Pass pre-employment and random drug screens thereafter
