**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to visitors and employees at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies.
+ Monitor access to the facility, verify identification, and assist with visitor registration as required by location protocols.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as appropriate.
+ Assist with emergency response activities and support communication with relevant personnel during incidents.
+ Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences at the front desk.
+ Communicate professionally with staff, contractors, and visitors to help to deter unauthorized access and promote a secure environment.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
