SIMOS is seeking 2nd Shift Dock Associates to join our team supporting Toyota in Blue Ash, Ohio! Warehouse loaders will be continuously lifting up to 50 pounds while sorting automotive parts in the docking area. We encourage a diverse and inclusive environment. Apply today!

• Pay: $24.25/hr. Associates are eligible for pay raises after 6 months (per eligibility requirements).
• Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 3:59 PM-12:30 AM (with overtime available, up to 4:00 AM)

Job Responsibilities

• Must meet 4 of 5 criteria within the first 30 days - Safety , Quality , Performance , Attendance , and Engagement (Team Partnership)
• Sorting car parts with RF scanner, placing parts in correct cage, bumper box, and skids
• Lifting up to 50 pounds
• Standing 8-10 hours
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
• Steel-toed shoes required
• NON-CLIMATE CONTROLLED WAREHOUSE - Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment
• Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic
• Ability to coordinate maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace
• Ability to utilize personal protective equipment which may include gloves, safety harnesses, and safety shoes
• Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment
• Shipping and receiving functions must be performed accurately and in compliance with established standard operating procedures and daily workload plans. All functions must be completed within a SIMOS/Toyota Production System environment while ensuring damage- and error-free inventory shipping/receiving. Safety, Quality, and Productivity.
• Team Members are expected to meet or exceed established productivity and quality standards. Strict adherence to all published and reasonably anticipated safety practices, procedures, and guidelines must always be observed.
• Establish part locations, relocate, build, and replenish reserve/excess/primary picking locations as needed. Verify inventory variances and location additions/deletions (which include cycle counts, inventory, or stock verifications) are also performed. Other processes include properly locating parts by frequency/zone and ensuring storage for maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Team members are expected to be trained and available to operate powered equipment including order pickers, tuggers, reach trucks, and counterbalanced forklifts (stand-up and sit-down) at heights up to 25 ft.

• HS Diploma or GED
• Background Check
• Able to Lift 50 pounds
• Drug Test
• Stand for Shift Duration
• Must be at least 18 years old

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $24.25 - $24.25 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
