Essential duties and responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports full-cycle recruitment efforts across our car wash locations, partnering with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent—while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain job postings across multiple platforms
- Use sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, etc.) to identify and engage top talent
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
- Conduct virtual interviews and coordinate the hiring process
- Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring journey
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings
- Attend and support virtual and in-person hiring events (weekend availability, typically Saturdays, required)
- Promote Express Wash Concepts to passive job seekers and represent our brand positively
Job Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in recruiting or related field/education
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices and applicable hiring laws
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate new computer systems and tools
- Willingness to travel occasionally to car wash locations or regional events
