We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring our properties are well-maintained, safe, and comfortable for our residents.

Position Overview

The Property Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across residential and commercial properties. This includes routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs. The ideal candidate is reliable, customer-focused, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks on residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair

• Complete work orders efficiently and maintain accurate records of all work performed

• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on property systems and equipment

• Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and resident service requests

• Assist with unit turnovers and ensure all properties meet company quality standards

• Participate in an on-call rotation for nights and weekends on alternating weeks

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License

• Reliable personal transportation with valid insurance

• Ability to pass a criminal background check

• Willingness and availability to be on-call nights and weekends on alternating weeks

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Previous maintenance or property repair experience preferred , but willing to train the right person

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
