TheBCBAwilldevelop,implement,andmaintainbehavioranalyticcomprehensivetreatmentandbehaviorplansforindividualswithautismandtheirstakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Conductassessments,includingFBAs,anddevelopABAtreatmentandbehaviorinterventionplans
TrainandsupervisebehaviortechniciansinABAprogramsacrossapplicablesettings
Educateandworkwithparentsonbehavioranalytictechniques
Coordinatecarewithclientsotherserviceproviders
Createandmaintaineffectivedatacollectionmethods
Trackandanalyzedataandmodify/createnewprogramsaccordingly
Attendteammeetingsandtrainings
Directlyworkwithclientswhenapplicable
Qualifications:
Current(andmaintain)BCBAcertification
NC Licensure
MastersDegreeinAppliedBehaviorAnalysisorrelatedhumanservicesfield(e.g.,education,socialwork,orpsychology)
Excellentverbal/writtencommunicationskills
CompliantwithHIPAA,BACB,andinsurancefunders
Preferredqualifications:
ExperienceconductingVB-MAPP,ABLLS,Vineland,andFAST/QABF,amongotherassessments
Proficientatwritinginitialandprogressreports
Comfortableusingelectronicdatacollectionandreportingtechnology(CentralReach)
