High Ticket Sales Closer

About Us:

Naftali Moses leads a fast-growing coaching and content brand focused on personal development, emotional mastery, and building stronger relationships. Our programs have a high volume of inbound leads, consistent demand, and a community of highly engaged followers. We are expanding our closing team to support our upcoming program enrollments.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced High-Ticket Sales Closer who knows how to connect, qualify, and enroll prospects into transformational programs. You’ll be handling booked calls from setters, warm inbound leads, and occasionally conducting follow-up conversations.

What You’ll Do:

• Take scheduled sales calls with warm leads
• Qualify prospects and enroll them into our coaching programs
• Maintain high show-up and close rates
• Follow up with no-shows and warm leads
• Track metrics and report performance
• Communicate with the internal team on lead quality and process improvements
• Represent the brand with professionalism, empathy, and confidence

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience closing high-ticket offers ($2K–$20K+)
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to lead conversations
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
• High integrity — no pushy or misaligned sales tactics
• Ability to work independently and hit performance goals
• Reliable, organized, and coachable
• Remote work experience

Nice to Have:

• Experience selling in coaching, personal development, or education
• Familiarity with Skool communities or similar platforms
• Understanding of Naftali’s teachings and brand voice
