Crew Leader- Commercial Lawn Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew of 1-2 team members to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality completion of commercial mowing and landscaping tasks
• Train crew members on proper equipment use and safety procedures
• Operate and maintain commercial lawn care equipment, including zero-turn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Safely drive a truck with an enclosed trailer to and from job sites
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment
• Accurately track and record crew hours and job details using mobile applications
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, both verbally and in writing
• Assist with snow plowing and salt truck operation during the winter season
• Uphold company standards for quality, safety, and professionalism on all job sites

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with minimal points or violations
• Experience operating and maintaining commercial landscaping equipment
• Experience pulling an enclosed trailer
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to work variable hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Non-smoking applicants preferred due to a zero-tolerance policy on client and company properties
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Compensation

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour , paid weekly. Compensation is based on experience and skill level.
