Crew Leader- Commercial Lawn Maintenance

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a crew of 1-2 team members to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality completion of commercial mowing and landscaping tasks
- Train crew members on proper equipment use and safety procedures
- Operate and maintain commercial lawn care equipment, including zero-turn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Safely drive a truck with an enclosed trailer to and from job sites
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment
- Accurately track and record crew hours and job details using mobile applications
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, both verbally and in writing
- Assist with snow plowing and salt truck operation during the winter season
- Uphold company standards for quality, safety, and professionalism on all job sites
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with minimal points or violations
- Experience operating and maintaining commercial landscaping equipment
- Experience pulling an enclosed trailer
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to work variable hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Non-smoking applicants preferred due to a zero-tolerance policy on client and company properties
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Compensation
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour , paid weekly. Compensation is based on experience and skill level.
