ERP Data Entry Specialist (Deltek)

: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data within our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Deltek. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity and reliability of company data, which supports our operational efficiency and strategic decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry and Maintenance : Accurately enter and update various types of data within the Deltek ERP system, including but not limited to project information, financial data, and vendor records.

• Data Quality Control : Perform regular checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy within the ERP system. Identify and correct data entry errors and inconsistencies.

• Process Improvement : Actively participate in the development and implementation of data entry protocols and procedures to enhance data quality and operational efficiency.

• Reporting and Support : Generate reports as required and provide data-related support to other departments and team members.

• Training and Collaboration : Collaborate with IT and other departments to enhance ERP system utilization. Participate in Deltek training sessions and stay updated with system upgrades and new features.

Qualifications

• Education : High school diploma required. Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field preferred.

• Experience : Previous experience in data entry, particularly within an ERP environment. Experience with Deltek software is highly desirable.

• Skills :
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent typing and data entry speed.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
