Customer Service Representative - Travel Support
We are seeking a reliable and service-focused Customer Service Representative to assist clients throughout the travel planning and booking process. This role centers on communication, coordination, and follow-through to ensure each client receives timely, accurate, and professional support. The position is remote and offers flexibility while working within a structured and supportive environment.
In this role, you will communicate with clients to gather travel needs, answer questions, and assist with organizing trip details. You will research destinations and accommodations, support itinerary creation, coordinate bookings, and confirm reservations. Maintaining accurate records and providing consistent updates are essential responsibilities. You will also assist clients with changes or documentation needs before, during, and after travel.
