Sales Administrator

Job Purpose
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team and support our Corporate Project Manager and Sales Team . In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support daily sales operations, customer interactions, and estimating efforts. Your organizational skills, ability to multitask, and proactive attitude will be key in ensuring smooth operations and helping the sales team focus on achieving their goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist Corporate Project Manager in renewal estimate creation and contract processing.
• Set up new and maintain existing required customer portals.
• Provide customers with updated certificates of insurance, W9’s, and WBENC documentation.
• Facilitate a positive customer onboarding experience.
• Support the planning and organization of industry events and trade shows.
• Provide administrative assistance to the sales & estimating teams with contract administration as needed.
• Help with preparing reports, handling client communications, and performing other tasks to ensure smooth team operations.
• Assist the Corporate Estimator as required in peak season to produce estimates for the sales team.
• Create site diagrams for operations team members and account managers as required.
• Assist with other company projects as needed.

• High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or marketing role preferred, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
