Evening & Weekend Receptionist – Medina Meadows
? Medina, OH | Small, hotel-like facility
Medina Meadows is seeking a friendly, reliable Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our community. Our small, hotel-like facility takes pride in offering a warm and inviting atmosphere for residents, families, and visitors alike.
Schedule:
Evenings: 4:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Weekends: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, residents, and staff with a warm, professional attitude
Answer and direct phone calls
Handle basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and mail
Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area
Provide support to the management team as needed
Qualifications:
Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Dependable and professional demeanor
Friendly, patient, and approachable
