Full Time Position
Duties
The individual in this position will coordinate and manage the Agency’s Volunteer Program and provide
administrative support to the Development Department. This enthusiastic, team-player must possess excellent
organizational, time management, communication and writing skills. This position is the volunteer liaison for the
agency, as well as managing and maintaining volunteer databases and reporting. Occasional evenings and weekends
to assist with special events in collaboration with the Development team on projects that add value to both the agency
and your growth as a professional.
Qualifications
Associates Degree and 2-4 years of recent, relevant, office experience are required, Bachelor’s
Degree is preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, data entry accuracy and clerical skills are also required,
experience with Blackbaud Raisers Edge is a plus! Must maintain a valid Ohio driver’s license, have reliable
transportation and be in compliance with Agency insurance carrier requirements. The candidate for this position
must be available to work 40 hours a week with some flexibility in the work schedule.
