Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our dynamic team as soon as possible. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless operation of our office environment. Job: Full time Salary range: $16.50 - $25.00 per hour Key Responsibilities: * Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and photocopying. * Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner. * Assist with managing office supplies and inventory. * Prepare and distribute correspondence and memos as needed. * Maintain organized records and filing systems for easy retrieval. * Facilitate communication between departments and team members. Minimum requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent is required. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
