Position Details :

Employment Type: Part-Time/Full-Time (Minimum 22+ direct client hours per week)

In-Office Presence: 3 days per week, with flexible telehealth options for additional hours

Preferred Availability:

• 3 Days in office / 1+ Day Virtual
• 2 Days in office / 2+ Days Virtual

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive Pay: $52,000 – $85,000 per year, based on licensure and job status

Revenue Percentage:

• Dependent: 50%
• Independent: 60%
• Supervisor with Supervisees: 62% + $70/hr for direct supervision hours

Therapeutic and Holistic Practice

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Utilize evidence-based and trauma-informed therapies
• Offer therapy services (individual, couples, family) within your scope
• Embrace holistic approaches such as Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), Trauma-Informed Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, EMDR Therapy, Somatic Embodiment, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Narrative Therapy

Collaboration and Community Engagement

• Collaborate with community resources to enhance patient care
• Foster an inclusive environment for clients, staff, and partners
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training

Minimum Requirements

• Licensure: Must be licensed in Ohio (LPC+, LSW+, MFT+, or Ph.D. in Psychology)
• Technology: Personal laptop required for documentation
