We’re looking for a Sales Associate who understands that selling a motorcycle isn’t about inventory — it’s about identity. It’s about helping someone find the machine that fits who they are.

The Role

As a Sales Associate at Triumph Cleveland, you are the front line of the rider experience. You greet customers, uncover what moves them, and guide them toward the Triumph that fits their style — whether it’s modern performance, classic heritage, or adventure capability.

This is a true sales position . You’ll prospect, follow up, structure deals, and close. We work closely together as a team to maximize every opportunity while delivering a premium, transparent buying experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greet and engage riders in selecting new and pre-owned Triumph motorcycles.
• Understand rider goals — commuting, performance, touring, customization, first-time ownership.
• Demonstrate product knowledge including engine platforms, ride modes, electronics, and heritage models.
• Conduct test ride coordination and product walk-arounds.
• Present trade-in evaluations and assist in structuring deals.
• Collaborate with F&I to move deals efficiently from selection to delivery.
• Follow up with leads, showroom traffic, and digital inquiries daily.
• Maintain strong CRM discipline and pipeline management.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and gross objectives.
• Stay current on Triumph releases, updates, and industry trends.

Who We’re Looking For

• Previous sales experience required (motorcycle, automotive, luxury retail, or high-ticket sales preferred).
• Strong closer with a competitive mindset.
• Excellent communicator who builds trust quickly.
• Organized and disciplined with follow-up and lead management.
• Passion for motorcycles — Triumph knowledge is a plus, but not required.
• Professional appearance and customer-first attitude.
• Comfortable working weekends and high-traffic sales days.
