Our client is seeking a Landscaping & Mowing Crew Leader to oversee residential lawn maintenance projects. During the winter months, this role transitions into the snow division to guarantee year-round employment.

Compensation & Benefits

• $20.00 - $26.00 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and operate a crew focused on residential clients performing maintenance such as mowing, edging, mulching, shrub & tree planting, topsoil & seeding, and more.
• Coach, mentor, and provide guidance to crewmembers to foster a supportive and educational team environment.
• Operate necessary equipment safely and efficiently on job sites.
• Ensure all projects meet the company's high standards of quality, safety, and integrity.
• Transition to the snow and ice management division during winter months to support seasonal operations.

Requirements

• Landscape maintenance knowledge with previous experience.
• Prior experience in crew leadership or team management.
• Demonstrated ability to safely operate related landscaping equipment.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
