We’re currently seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Management Trainee to join our fast-growing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll gain practical experience in marketing strategy, team collaboration, and campaign execution—while preparing for future leadership opportunities.

$45,000 - $50,000 yearly

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns
• Support the organization of community outreach events , retail activations , and brand promotions
• Work closely with team members and mentors to develop creative strategies and marketing materials
• Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools and KPIs
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Help manage event logistics , promotional material distribution, and brand representation
• Learn how to lead small teams and contribute to team goals and campaign success

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• A passion for leadership, marketing, and personal development
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or event coordination is a bonus but not required
• A proactive, coachable attitude and a desire to grow into a leadership role
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
