Job Details Job Details We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Account Manager for Grain Origination to join our Sales team. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission of connecting farmers with global markets. The right candidate will have a passion for the agriculture industry, a deep understanding of grain origination, and a proven track record in B2B sales and territory management. Responsibilities As a Permanent Account Manager for Grain Origination, your responsibilities will include: 1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with our grain producers and key stakeholders.
2. Developing and executing strategic plans to grow our grain origination business within your assigned territory.
3. Leveraging your deep understanding of the grain industry to identify new business opportunities and drive sales.
4. Working closely with our logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of our grain products to our customers.
5. Providing exceptional customer service and support to our grain producers, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
6. Collaborating with our marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and promotional campaigns.
7. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to inform your sales strategies and decisions.
8. Participating in industry events and networking opportunities to promote our brand and build relationships with potential customers. Qualifications To be considered for the Permanent Account Manager - Grain Origination role, you should have: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the agriculture or grain industry.
2. Proven experience in territory management, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
3. Strong knowledge of grain origination and the wider agriculture industry.
4. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with a wide range of stakeholders.
5. A high degree of self-motivation and ambition, with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
6. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions under pressure.
7. A bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
