About Maddox + You:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing vendor communications and maintaining AP inbox, entering bills, and verifying / matching bills. This position provides opportunities to grow with the AP team as well as the finance & accounting team.

More about You:

Your key responsibilities will include:

• High professionalism when managing and responding to Maddox vendors


• Maintaining AP email inbox


• Maintaining detailed vendor records, including entering Bills


• Verifying / 3 way matching of entered bills for approval process


• Validating Vendors

• Researching and resolution of internal processes to complete the AP process

• Open communication and collaboration with internal partners for resolution of questions or disputes

Experience & Education:

• Minimum High School Degree. Associate or Bachelor degree preferred


• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable


• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.


• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.


• Attention to detail and accuracy


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Good grammar, spelling and punctuation skills


• Proficiency with accounting software and Google Suite.

Pay: Starting range with bonus: $45k-$60k. Plus up to $1k/month wellness stipend and other benefits.
