PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Direct Support Professional, duties and tasks my include, but are not limited to:
- Follow established policies and procedures set by the agency.
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Implement and follow individualized care plans and behavioral support programs
- Facilitate community integration and socialization activities for clients
- Always maintain the highest standard of conduct and courtesy in dealing with clients, their family, the staff, and the community. Promote positive interaction.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay informed on best practices/policies
- Monitor and document client progress, behaviors, and any incidents
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients
- Assist with transportation to appointments, activities, and other outings
QUALIFICATIONS:
- No job-related experience necessary! Ravenna, Ohio
- 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Must possess a valid, current driver’s license.
- Ability to complete and pass a background check per company standards.
- Positive attitude with the desire to help others.
