As a **Security Officer - Healthcare Facility Patrol** in **Cleveland, OH** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, you will help create a secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors by conducting routine patrols and remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post, so you will patrol the premises by vehicle and/or on foot while delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication. **What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in a healthcare environment.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for healthcare locations.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
+ Assist with access control, visitor management, and monitoring of entrances and exits in accordance with healthcare facility requirements.
+ Support emergency response activities as needed, including assisting with evacuations and/or directing individuals during incidents.
+ Document and report security-related incidents and observations according to Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.
+ Work collaboratively with facility staff and local authorities as appropriate to address security-related concerns and maintain a welcoming environment.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
+ Vaccines are required for hospital assignments.
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
