What you’ll do
- Execute comprehensive DOT pre‑trip inspections: review itineraries and route numbers, check trailer temperatures, and ensure complete vehicle readiness.
- Transport and deliver customer orders safely, following assigned regional routes and delivery windows.
- Record precise arrival and departure times at each customer location using an electronic timekeeping system.
- Assess delivery sites for potential hazards and verify safe unloading conditions.
- Confirm order accuracy with customers and collect all required signatures.
- Complete vendor backhaul pickups when assigned.
- Perform post‑trip duties: fuel, unhook and secure trailers, and finalize DOT logs, DVIRs, and maintenance documentation.
- Participate in company meetings, safety trainings, and compliance assessments.
- Uphold all company safety policies, driving standards, and operational procedures.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned by management.
What makes you a match
- FMCSA Clearinghouse registration is required.
- 21+ years of age.
- Valid CDL Class A from your state of legal residence; DOT qualified with necessary endorsements.
- At least 1 year of commercial driving experience.
- Background in food product delivery preferred.
- Deep knowledge of DOT rules, vehicle inspections, and safe driving techniques.
- Proven ability to complete accurate delivery logs, inspection reports, and DVIRs.
- Strong communicator with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Reliable, safety‑first, and customer‑oriented.
- Proficient: current CDL license.

Based in Sidney, OH with regional route coverage.
