Client Travel Arrangements Consultant
We are hiring a motivated and client-focused Client Travel Arrangements Consultant to assist individuals and families with researching, planning, and booking well-organized trips. This role is well suited for candidates in the Toledo, Ohio area who enjoy helping others, managing details, and delivering dependable support in a professional remote setting.
In this position, you will speak with clients to understand their preferences, timelines, and budgets. You will evaluate travel options, recommend suitable accommodations and transportation, and coordinate reservations to ensure everything aligns with their goals. You will also prepare easy-to-follow itineraries and provide clear documentation so clients feel confident and informed.
This role emphasizes organization, communication, and service quality rather than direct sales. You will manage changes or updates, maintain accurate booking records, and follow up with clients to ensure smooth experiences. Success comes from being detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable balancing multiple requests at once.
