We are currently seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to become an integral part of our small, collaborative team. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Project Manager position include:- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture- 5–10+ years of architectural design and project management experience- Registered Architect or on path to licensure (firm will cover costs to become licensed)- Proficiency in Revit is a must- Proven experience in managing wood-frame multi-family or mixed-use projects from design through construction- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team- Leadership potential and desire for long-term growth within the firm- Comfortable working in-person and relocating to Columbus, OH (relocation assistance case-by-case)Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
