Material Handler II
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive and distribute incoming goods; cycle count finished goods and components.
- Perform work order kitting, KanBan replenishment, and fill shortages/backorders for production.
- Unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Generate daily cycle count worksheets and backorder/negative reports.
- Perform daily cycle count activities and reconcile variances.
- Receive materials and verify inventory records on incoming/outgoing shipments.
- Operate vehicles and handling equipment safely and securely in the warehouse.
- Maintain in-house stock levels to ensure continuous raw material supply to production.
- Perform other job duties as assigned by the manager, supervisor, or group leader.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of MRP systems.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle and Agile applications.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds occasionally.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office preferred.
- Ability to comply with company policies, safety regulations, and SOPs.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle count programs.
- Ability to communicate with distribution centers and production supervisors.
- Ability to maintain an organized and compliant work area.
Education/Experience:
- High school degree or equivalent.
- 1 to 3 years related experience.
