Industrial Maintenance Supervisor

A manufacturing company is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; however, you will be on call for third shift emergencies.

*Job Duties: *

• Perform all necessary Millwright Electrical Mechanic duties to keep the plant, equipment, machinery, and grounds in a safe and efficient operating condition
• Design and construct electronic and mechanical mechanisms for new and existing machines and equipment
• Install and perform electrical maintenance on lighting and power systems, machines, small hand appliances, and other production equipment
• Perform maintenance work on electronic equipment and throughout the plant when needed
• Direct work force to meet customer orders and needs
• Work with Scheduling Department to prioritize workload and Purchasing Department on ordering parts and supplies
• **Coordinate with outside vendors on repairs and new projects and monitor quality of parts products by department
• **Maintain a clean and orderly work area at all times
• *Abide by all quality standards, safety compliance, and production efficiency *

Qualifications:

• Must have knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and automation equipment
• Must have the ability to maintain inventory controls
• Knowledge of computers and PLC Controls is needed
• Must have a hands-on leadership style with the ability to work with people and manage work force
• Must have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Must be a self-starter while being able to maintain self-control under pressure
• Must be able to work safely and abide by all company standards, policies, and procedures
