Customer Service Representative Extraordinaire of The Future

C-Auto Glass is looking for someone with a friendly and respectful personality for its main office who is, or desires to become, an extraordinary customer service representative.

Our CSRs are the first and main line of telecommunication with our customers, consisting of mostly other local businesses and local governments.

Our CSRs regularly

• Provide estimates and pricing to customers over the phone using our point-of-sale software
• Assist customers in scheduling service
• Assist customers in determining their service needs
• Maintain positive relationships with our customer accounts and co-workers
• Process incoming work orders, outgoing vendor purchases and customer transactions

• Our CSRs are respectful of each other in sharing the workload and in being punctual and reliable

• Wants to grow with us
• Is able to type 30 words per minute
• Has a strong command of the English language (fluency in Spanish is a plus)
• Is comfortable working in a small business environment that is free of internal competition
• Desires to work in collegial surroundings
• Is eager and able to learn new things
• Welcomes a relaxed vibe in a fast-paced setting

Experience required: None. All training is provided in-house.
